The Coaching Process

At Conexus, we combine best practice from across the spectrum of coaching processes and adapt these to the individual needs of clients in a uniquely Irish context. The main processes we are influenced by are: the Co-Active model, the GROW model, the Hudson Institute’s process, Marshall Goldsmith’s methodology, the Sherpa Coaching process and Analytic Network coaching. 

Our coaching focus is on producing resilience within clients and their teams through addressing behavioural change. This is achieved using approaches that are tailor-made to the needs of the individual and their organisation.  We seek to produce replicable results within a limited timeframe in a predictable, responsible and cost-effective manner.
