Transition Coaching

Outcome |  Effectively transition into a new role within the organisation.

Process |  Examine the elements from the client's previous role that have been most supportive and find ways to bring these into their new role. Then create and execute a 360º transition plan that will make the new role a success from the very start. Examples of common transition scenarios include; a promotion, the assumption of a new leadership role and a new team, addressing conflict, career saves, turning down the noise and dealing with problem clients or colleagues. 

Career Coaching

Outcome |  Discover the ideal next career move and create a plan to get there.

Process |  Clients engage in a series of psychometric tests (Personality, Abilities, Occupational Interests, Emotional Intelligence) to link their career interests with their workplace preferences and skills. Clients will go through a whole series of coaching tools, receive interactive training in CV Preparation and Interview Skills and develop a comprehensive career building strategy.
